Nail Care
Soak your nails in lukewarm water with few drops of lemon juice. The lemon is a natural astringent and acts as a stain remover. After drying your nails moisturize them well.
Hair Care – dandruff
Pour Vinegar into the hair, massage it well and leave it to dry for few minutes. Wash the hair with a mild shampoo and repeat this process till the dandruff vanishes.
You can directly use Aloe Vera gel to remove excess dandruff. Apply the gel on your scalp 10-15 minutes before you plan to wash your hair. Regular use of the gel before shampooing will keep down the growth of dandruff.
Eye Care – dark circles
Potato and cucumber have cooling effect over the eyes. Take a slice of potato or cucumber and place it over the eyes for few minutes every day. They relax the eye muscles and induces proper sleep.
Skin care
Take a slice of tomato and rub it over the skin in circular motion. Tomato gently exfoliates the skin and leaves it moisturized.
Skin care – cleansing
Instead of using cosmetic cleansing milk opt for fresh, unboiled and unprocessed milk. Rub it all over with a cotton bud to have the same cleansing effect as your cosmetic cleansing lotion.
Skin care – wrinkles
Banana is wonderful as an anti-wrinkle treatment. Mash 1/4 banana until very creamy. Spread all over the face and leave for 15-20 minutes before rinsing off . Repeat every day or alternate day and before you know it those nasty old lines will be hard to find!
