Eye specialists have always advised to follow one or more kinds of eye exercises. They are simple and can be exercised just about anywhere. The first way to exercise the eyes is to look straight ahead at eye level, then gently look towards your right at the same level and then towards the left. Repeat this process three to five times. Similarly, lift the eyes up then down, and repeat this process three to five times. Finally, with the eyes make circles, first clockwise then anti clockwise. Repeat it an equal number of times. Don't forget to spatter the eyes with cold water. Apply cotton wool pads, soaked in rose water on the eyes. Press gently and leave for 10 to 15 minutes, preferably before closing in at night.
