These styles are Chen, Yang and Wu are are named after the Tai Chi masters who founded them. Though are variations of the same system, however, there are deviations amongst all three of them based upon the principles of body structure, body and mind consolidation, easiness and breathing.

One of the most significant benefits of Tai Chi is an ameliorated posture. Tai Chi renders a state of self awareness about the energy movements within the body. As a child each one is blessed with the right posture however with one one tends to lose it. The improved circulation of energy felt by the regular practice of Tai Chi and meditation has a rejuvenating effect over the nervous system. Tai Chi helps in Gradual relaxation and positioning of the joints and spine bringing flexibility and natural movement. Tai Chi is considered to boost memory power, concentration, better digestion, state of balance and flexibility. Itís also believed to impart emotional and spiritual benefits. Some studies have indicated that Tai Chi also helps in regulation the blood pressure.
